In the last 30 days, 559 properties were listed with an average sale price of 150K It’s a slight decrease from the number listed in August, but current numbers already show more listings for October.
Of homes listed in the month of September: 210 have already sold with a median closed price of 135k and were on the market for an average of 4 days. We have definitely seen an increase in the number of homes that have gone under contract. The market is picking up.
In the last 30 days, 599 properties have sold with a median closed price of 145k at 99% of the asking price!
